My approach
For more than a decade, I've been working with and around relationships as a consultant, coach, and therapist. I provide online sessions that help couples improve their communication, resolve conflicts, and better their relationship, and I help individuals find what hinders their happiness and fix their relationship with themselves.
Personally - not just professionally - I put utmost importance on the value of relationships, being married myself and having raised three kids (well, and two cats, though they’ve grown pretty independently).
I am trained in the psychoanalytic psychodynamic paradigm with couples specialization, as well as coaching, which means I will encourage honest dialogue between you without pushing or forcing you, generally adhering to the principles of psychoanalytic psychodynamic therapy: following the subjects you raise, analyzing your here-and-now, focusing on emotions, and discussing what is important to you, both in your present and your past.
I see each person as a unique being and thus work in a holistic way - with people, not with problems, so you can expect an empathetic, accommodating and non-judgmental calm and patient approach.

On a personal side:
I was born in 1980 in the former USSR (Moldova), moved and lived in Isrаel, Ukraine, Russia, Turkey and in different countries across Europe. As you can see, my personal experience is in line with my professional practice, making it easier for me to understand couples from different places and backgrounds, including international families, long-distance couples and expats (as well as people affected by war). I speak English, Russian and Hebrew.
